Being vegan for 20+ years is no simple feat. There’s a lot of “regular” cake that gets passed up. There are a few things I REALLY miss, but that aren’t worth the suffering. (My mother’s mac & cheese. French onion soup.) But this lifestyle started as an environmental protest and grew to become a daily ethical choice. My personal health was never part of the decision. So I have to say….. I’m excited about the following news!
